Feature: Shui Xian is one of the Wuyi Yan (rocks) teas that their tea leaves come from a special type of tea plants grown among the cracks on rocks in Mt. Wuyi. Wuyi Yan Teas belong to oolong tea, a semi-fermented tea without the bitterness from green tea and astringency from black tea. Contrast to most other types of teas, its taste will not fade away by time. In fact, the longer it is preserved, the clearer and purer it tastes. Another unique feature is that Wuyi Yan Tea has green leaves with bright red edges. The tea liquor is orange color, bright and clean.
