Feature: Bi Luo Chun is very slender, curling like a
small snail, with light fuzz all over. It looks silver white with light green,
once putting in hot water, the leaves will stretch out like green sailboats
floating on the lake. Bi Luo Chun is only produced in the mountains/islands in
or around the Lake Tai area. The
uniquely warm and humid climate, particular planting method (planted among
various fruit plants for absorbing their essence) and very strict plucking time
(two weeks between Spring Equinox and Pure Brightness) ensure it as the most
precious and nutrient/culture-enriched brand.
